How does a project start?
Send a quote request. We reply by email, hold a discovery call to understand goals and constraints, then send a scoped proposal with milestones and pricing.
How do you price projects?
Every proposal states scope, milestones and price in Indian rupees before work starts. Prices exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate (usually 18% for software services). Tell us your budget range in the quote form and we will say honestly whether it fits.
Will I get a GST invoice, and how do I pay?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice showing our GSTIN, the SAC code and CGST and SGST or IGST as applicable, which you can download from your client portal. You can pay by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS), as agreed in your proposal.
Can I see progress while you build?
Yes. Clients get a portal with milestones, tasks, files, invoices and messages for their project.
Can you work with our existing team or codebase?
Yes. We can join an existing codebase, review it, and take on modernization or feature work.
Who owns the code?
Ownership and IP terms are set out in the contract before work begins.
What happens after launch?
We offer maintenance and support plans covering monitoring, security patches and ongoing feature work.
