Terms of service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the website and client portal of Paradise AI ("we", "us"). Work we do for you is also governed by the proposal or agreement you accept, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
Using the portal
- Create one account per person and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed by someone else.
- Use the portal only for lawful purposes related to our work together. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material you have no right to share, and do not try to access another client's information or probe the service for weaknesses.
- We may suspend an account that puts the service or other clients at risk.
Your content
Files, messages and other material you upload remain yours. You allow us to store, process and share it with the people on your project as needed to deliver the work. Ownership of deliverables is set out in your agreement with us.
Proposals, invoices and payment
Proposals and prices are valid for the period stated. Invoices include GST where applicable and are payable by the due date shown, through the payment methods on the invoice. Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we confirm them when the provider tells us they succeeded. Late payment may pause work.
Our work and our liability
We use reasonable skill and care and will describe scope and timelines in writing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy and Cookie notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location of our registered office, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
